Suzette Toledano of Toledano Entertainment and Arts Law maintains a transactional intellectual property law practice located above the House of Blues in New Orleans with emphasis on copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, brands, art, music, film, and licensing. In 1992, she and her family developed the real estate where the prototype House of Blues is located which required the creation of the Vieux Carre Entertainment District. Recently she has been working with a Colorado and Washington client on marijuana related issues, branding the Willie Nelson, Willie’s Reserve trademarks. Ms. Toledano’s  client list includes recording artists, songwriters, photographers, visual artists, museums, screenwriters, filmmakers, producers, record labels, music publishers and concert promoters, with Oscar and Grammy nominees/winners among them. Ms. Toledano is proud to be a Board Member of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and Foundation, Inc.
